Réaliser votre propre recette à l'aide de ce canevas en utilisant :

  • 2 cups leftover cooked meat or cooked legumes
  • 4 cups leftover raw vegetables (prefer root and cruciferous vegetables)
  • 2 tbsp. spice
  • ½ cup of oil of your choice
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Préparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  • In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, spices, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until all the vegetables are almost tender.
  • Add the leftover meat to the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.
